If you must, try and do it when there is a 1:35 promotion on (I *think* there was one this last weekend, so it'll probably be a while before the next), as the conversion rate is less dreadful. In general, I would avoid it, simply because it is expensive. Is it worth converting xp? It costs a lot of doubloons.
